Hello, just a quick email to say a big thanks to you guys. David came out this morning to swap out our dead hot water cylinder with a new Rheem and it could not have gone smoother. He was friendly, communicative and very efficient. The whole thing was done in 90 minutes!  He made a very stressful situation very easy to deal with, so I just wanted to commend his work. I'll be back again the next time we need plumbing work, for sure!
